Guy Medland

Director

Guy Medland has had 30 years of experience in property and workplace strategies. Medland Corporate Property was established in 2003 by Guy. Over the past 17 years Guy has had hands on engagement in the provision and facilitation of services relating to premises project management. He has had the lead role in the delivery of a wide range of briefs for national, international and regional legal practices both in Australia and overseas. Responsibilities extend from property selection, lease negotiation, accommodation and occupation strategies, project management, design development, procurement and relocations.

Guy is an accomplished facilitator and presenter and has developed a specialised methodology to assist professional firms to concurrently evaluate the issues and trends relating to accommodation planning across three key areas

  • business objectives and work practices
  • premises assessment and design development
  • organisational change

The ‘multiple strategy’ approach is aimed at providing decision makers with a broader appreciation of the range of issues and timelines required to ensure the prerequisite information is available when designing efficient, relevant and cost effective long term accommodation.
